We understand that clean room furniture needs to be to a high specification in order to meet the higher standards of cleanliness than those in other labs.

 

We design clean room labs using trespa worktops. Trespa is used because of the properties it possesses, being very hard wearing and acid resistant. Trespa is easy to keep clean and this makes it harder for bacteria to grow, making it one of the best worktops to use in a clean room.

Due to the nature of the laboratory, our labs are designed with cantilever legs are standard to create the support you need for trespa worktops but with the flexibility of having units that are movable so a strict cleaning process can be adhered to.

CLEANROOM SPECIFICATION:

 

Solid Grade Laminate:

16mm Trespa TopLab Base work surface complete with 16mm loose upstands

 

Leg “H” Frame supports:

“H” frames are manufactured from 40 x 40 x 1mm mild steel box section welded together and flow drilled, epoxy powder coated, colour to suit furniture.  Legs are fitted with adjustable feet.

 

Cantilever Leg Frame supports:

Cantilever leg frames are manufactured from 40 x 40 x 1mm mild steel box section welded together and flow drilled, epoxy powder coated, colour to suit furniture.  Legs are fitted with adjustable feet.

 

Inter Connecting Rails:

Rails are Box section 40 x 40 x 1mm mild steel complete with fixing brackets to each end, then bolted together with machine screws, epoxy powder coated, colour to suit furniture. 

 

Table Frames:

40 x 40 RHS Metal frames welded together complete with adjustable feet, epoxy powder coated, and colour to suit furniture.
